Eligibility Criteria

Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Assam and belong to the Tea Tribes or Adivasi community.
Bank Account: Must have a functional bank account.
Caste Certificate: Must possess a TGL/EX-TGL caste certificate.
Family Income: Annual family income must not exceed ₹5.00 lakh. An undertaking from the parent/guardian is required.
