Phase II:
- Self Evaluation: January 18, 2025
- External Evaluation: January 20-22, 2025
- Districts: Baksa, Chirang, Charaideo, Dhemaji, Dhubri, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Hojai, Jorhat, Kamrup (Metro), Sonitpur, Tamulpur, Tinsukia
Phase III:
- Self Evaluation: February 5, 2025
- External Evaluation: February 6-8, 2025
- Districts: Bongaigaon, Biswanath, Darrang, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Cachar, Nalbari, Morigaon, Dima Hasao, Majuli, West Karbi Anglong

How Gunotsav Evaluation Works
r. School Evaluation:
- Schools fill details on co-scholastic activities, community support, and infrastructure.
- Submit online 3 days before external evaluation.
s. External Evaluation:
- An external evaluator checks the school’s details on the evaluation day.
- They update or verify the information online on the same day.
t. OMR Sheet Process:
- Evaluation uses OMR sheets.
- Class III onwards: Students fill their own OMR sheets.
- Class I & II: Teachers mark class-wise OMR sheets based on student answers.
- Individual question papers are given to each student.
How to Check Gunotsav Results?

- Results are declared on 27 March 2025.
- Schools can check results on the official website using their UDISE Code and Password.
