For Digital Products/Services: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once the product/service has been delivered or accessed.
For Physical Products: Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
For Services: Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the service has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds will be processed, and the credited amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.
