Eligibility Criteria

  • Permanent Residency: Only for permanent residents of North East states.
  • Other Scholarships: Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarship/financial aid from another source.
  • Course Level Eligibility: Students must be enrolled in Diploma, Degree, Postgraduate, M.Phil, or Ph.D. courses in recognized institutes.
  • Family Income: Family income must not exceed Rs. 8.0 lakh annually. An income certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory.
  • Minimum Marks: Must have 60% in the last qualifying examination for relevant course levels.
