Job Details: Assistant Engineer (Civil)
- A. Total Posts: 45

- C. Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 1,10,000/- per month (PB-4) + Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700/-
Who Can Apply?
- A. Residency:
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam
- Submit a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) for education or Employment Exchange Registration
- B. Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen (per Constitution Articles 5-8)
- C. Age Limit: Between 21 and 38 years as on 1st January 2025
- D. Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: Up to 43 years (+5 years)
- OBC/MOBC: Up to 41 years (+3 years)
- PwBD: Extra 10 years
- E. Education Needed:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian or foreign university
- OR Passed AMIE (India) Parts A & B in Civil Engineering (if enrolled before 31st May 2013)
- Must be a regular course recognized by AICTE/UGC (no distance education)
