Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology/Civil Engineering & Planning from an AICTE-recognized institute.
- The Diploma must be a regular course. Distance education diplomas are not accepted.
Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on 01/01/2025.
Age Relaxation:
- SC: 5 years
- ST: 5 years
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Citizenship: Must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
Residency:
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Submit PRC issued in Assam or Employment Exchange Registration certificate as proof.
Employment Exchange: Must be registered in an Assam Employment Exchange.
Small Family Norms: Submit a declaration in Form-A regarding Small Family Norms.
