Pay Scale
Selected candidates will start as Management Trainee in E-2 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- during training. After completing training, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 30 years as of 30th September 2024 for General and EWS categories. Relaxation for other categories:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PWD:
- General: 10 years
- OBC: 13 years
- SC/ST: 15 years
Educational Qualification
- Community Development: Postgraduate degree or diploma in related fields with 60% marks.
- Environment: Degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields with 60% marks.
- Finance: Qualified CA/ICWA.
- Legal: Law graduate with 60% marks.
- Marketing & Sales: MBA in Marketing with 60% marks.
- Materials Management: Engineering degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management.
- Personnel & HR: Postgraduate degree/diploma in HR or related fields.
- Security: Graduate.
- Coal Preparation: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical/ Mineral Engineering with 60% marks.
