- Bank Account: Must have a Scheduled Commercial Bank account opened before 1st April 2024.
- Loan Default: No loan default history with Cooperative or Nationalized Banks.
- Employment Exchange Registration: Valid registration is required.
- Family Eligibility: Only one family member can avail of the scheme benefits.
Phase 2 – Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan 2.0
In the second phase of the scheme, 75,000 beneficiaries will be selected, and the financial aid provided will range from INR 2 lakh to INR 5 lakh, given in two installments.
The total fund allocated under the first phase was INR 510 crore, benefiting 25,238 budding entrepreneurs.
