Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of contractual positions for the World Bank-funded "Assam State Secondary Healthcare Initiative for Service Delivery Transformation (ASSIST)". Interested and eligible candidates may attend the interview as per the schedule below.
1. State HRH & Nursing Education Specialist
No of posts: 01 post
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Master’s in Public Health or MBBS degree from a Govt. recognized university/institution.
Experience: At least 15 years' experience in public health, health systems strengthening, and policy development. Knowledge and experience in strengthening HRH and nursing education is an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 60 years as on date of advertisement.

2. State IPA & QI Specialist
No of posts: 01 post
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess at least a Graduate degree in MBBS or Dental/Masters in Hospital Administration or Public Health from a Govt. recognized institution.
Experience: 5 years in Health Care Quality with valid certification as an external assessor. Experience in assessing at least 5 facilities and supporting quality improvements is required.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years as on date of advertisement.

3. State Communication Specialist (SCS)
No of posts: 01 post
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in public health communication at the state level, with 5 years of experience in designing large-scale communication programs.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years as on date of advertisement.

4. Sr. Project Engineer (Sr.PE)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from any AICTE approved institute/university.
Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and AUTOCAD, experience in project management software like Primavera or MS-Project is an added advantage.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years as on date of advertisement.

5. Senior State Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Sr.SMES)

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Economics/Statistics or Bachelor in Engineering or MBBS.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in public health data systems, with 3 years in public health data analysis.
Age Limit: Up to 60 years as on date of advertisement.

6. Finance Executive

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with Govt. projects. Proficiency in Tally software and knowledge of PFMS and taxation matters are required.

7. Procurement Executive

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering or Post-Graduate Diploma in any discipline. Preference for candidates with an IT background or certification in public procurement.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement management, with 2 years in World Bank projects preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 45 years as on 01/01/2024.
