About Tool Room & Training Centre (TRTC), Guwahati
The Tool Room & Training Centre (TRTC), Guwahati was established by the Government of India to provide tooling and training for industries in the North Eastern Region. The Assam State Government has provided the land and initial building for the Tool Room. It was registered as a Government of India Society on 24th February 2000 and is located at Amingaon Industrial Area, North Guwahati Road, Guwahati-781031. The campus includes an Administrative Block, Training Block, Modern Workshop, Knowledge Centre, Staff Quarters, and Hostel.
