The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the recruitment of 896 Specialist Officers for 2024. Eligible candidates can apply online for positions such as IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, HR/Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer, Law Officer, and Rajbhasha Adhikari. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates' age must be between 20 to 30 years as on 1st August 2024. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2004.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- Persons With Benchmark Disability: 10 years
Educational Qualification
- I.T. Officer (Scale-I):
- 4 year Engineering/Technology Degree in relevant fields OR
- Post Graduate Degree in relevant fields OR
- Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.
- Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I):
- 4 year Degree (graduation) in relevant agricultural fields.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I):
- Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level OR
- Post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the degree (graduation) level.
- Law Officer (Scale I):
- A Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council.
- HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I):
- Graduate and Two Years Full time Post Graduate degree or diploma in relevant fields.
- Marketing Officer (Scale I):
- Graduate and Two Years Full time MMS (Marketing) or equivalent with specialization in Marketing.

- SC/ST/PWBD: Rs. 175/– (inclusive of GST)
- Others: Rs. 850 /– (inclusive of GST)
