The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam has announced two recruitment notifications for a total of 2008 posts in Grade III (Technical & Non-Technical) and Grade IV categories across various Medical Colleges and Hospitals in Assam. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 20th August 2024 to 31st August 2024. Note that applications during this period are only for Grade-III (Technical) posts at Tinsukia Medical College and Hospital.

1. Grade-III (Technical)

Number of Posts: 1031

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 60,500, Grade Pay: Check the advertisement for details.

2. Grade-III (Non-Technical)

Number of Posts: 320

3. Grade-IV

Number of Posts: 657

Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class VIII from a recognized institution.

Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 52,000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.

Age Limit: Between 18 to 40 years as of 1st January 2023.

Age Relaxation:

OBC/MOBC: 3 years
ST/SC: 5 years
PwD: 10 years

Employment Exchange Registration: Must be registered with any Employment Exchange in Assam.
