Educational Qualification & Experience:

Assistant Manager (Credit):
- Educational Qualification:
  - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution, AND
  - CA/CMA(ICWA)/CS, OR
  - Full-time MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM (2 years) in Finance with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Desirable experience in PSBs/BFS.
Assistant Manager (IT):
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MSc (IT)/MS/MTech/5-year Integrated MTech in Computer Science Engineering/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Computer Science/Electronics & Telecommunications/Data Science/Machine Learning & AI/Cyber Security from a recognized University/Institution.
- Desirable Certifications:
  - Cloud Certified Administrator (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  - Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
  - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  - CEH/DISA/CISA/CISM/CRISC/CISSP
  - Data analysis certifications (Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Power BI)
  - Data engineering certifications (Google Cloud, AWS)
  - Data Sciences/Machine Learning/SAS/Python/R
  - Database certifications (OCA/OCP/MSSQL)
  - API management certifications (APIGEE, MuleSoft)
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification experience in IT fields like Cloud Operations, DevSecOps, Networking, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Software Development, etc.
