- C. Salary: Rs. 57,700/- to Rs. 1,82,400/- per month (Academic Level 10) + extra allowances
Who Can Apply?
- A. Age Limit: Between 21 and 45 years as on 1st January 2023
- B. Age Relaxation (if applicable):
- For Persons with Disabilities (PWD): Extra 10 years
- C. Education Needed:
- i. Broad Speciality: MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the subject from a recognized institute for departments like Anaesthesiology, Dermatology, ENT, etc.
- ii. Special Cases:
- Anatomy: MS (Anatomy) or MSc (Medical Anatomy) with PhD
- Biochemistry: MD (Biochemistry) or MSc (Medical Biochemistry) with PhD
- Physiology: MD (Physiology) or MSc (Medical Physiology) with PhD
- iii. Super Speciality:
- Medical: MD/DNB in General Medicine (e.g., Cardiology, Neurology)
- Surgical: MS/DNB in General Surgery (e.g., Plastic Surgery, Urology)
- Preference for DM/M.Ch./DNB in the super speciality subject
Application Fee
You need to pay a fee based on your category:
- A. UR (General): Rs. 250/-
- B. OBC/MOBC/SC/ST: Rs. 150/-
- C. PWD (Persons with Disabilities): Free (Nil)
- D. How to Pay:
- Through Treasury Challan under “0210-Medical and Public Health-01-Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipt”
- Or online via GRAS (assamegras.gov.in) – print the challan and submit it during the interview
