Oil India Limited has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 40 Contractual Electrician, Contractual Mechanic (AC&R) and Contractual Associate Engineer (Electrical) posts on a purely contractual basis for immediate engagement at the Field Headquarters, Duliajan.
1. Contractual Electrician
No of posts: 18
Educational Qualification:
- (i) Passed 10th from a Government recognized Board/University.
- (ii) Passed ITI Electrician (2 years) from a government recognized Board/University.
- (iii) Must possess Electrical Permit for Workmen Part I & II.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years & Maximum 35 years
2. Contractual Mechanic (AC&R)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification:
- (i) Passed 10th from a Government recognized Board/University.
- (ii) Passed ITI AC&R Mechanic (2 years) from a government recognized Board/University.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years & Maximum 35 years
3. Contractual Associate Engineer (Electrical)
No of posts: 20
Educational Qualification:
- (i) Passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a government recognized Board/University.
- (ii) Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency (Part I, II, III & IV).
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years & Maximum 35 years
Age Relaxation (For all posts)

- SC/ ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
