Mission Basundhara 3.0 – 7 New Services | Last Date: 31st December 2024
Mission Basundhara is a flagship program launched on 2nd October 2021 by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govt. of Assam, under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Assam. This program aims to streamline land revenue services and make them more accessible to citizens.
It is expected that Mission Basundhara will reduce pending land record updates and allow citizens to access smooth, stress-free services without visiting revenue offices.
It will also enable the 100% digitization of maps and land records, providing real-time access to citizens.

- Purification of land records in a mission mode.
- Polygon survey of 672 non-cadastral villages to grant land rights to indigenous landless people.
- Re-survey of 18789 cadastral villages using hybrid methodology to clear land titles.

Seven new services have been added under Mission Basundhara 3.0. Here are the services:
- Settlement of unsettled erstwhile Bhoodan/Gramdan Lands
- Ownership rights to occupancy tenants in townlands
- Reclassification suits
- End-to-end digitalization of Annual Patta to PP conversion
- Limited Conversion of Tea grant land to periodic patta
- Digitalized Settlement of land to non-individual juridical entities
- Settlement of land in surveyed N.C. villages under SVAMITVA
