Scale of Pay
Selected candidates will be placed in the E-2 Grade with a pay scale of Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000/- during the training period. After 1 year, on successful completion, they will be promoted to E-3 Grade with a pay scale of Rs 60,000 – Rs 1,80,000/-.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years as on 30-Sep-2024 for General and EWS candidates.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
- SC / ST – 5 Years
- Persons with Disabilities:
- General – 10 Years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 13 Years
- SC / ST – 15 Years
GATE 2024 Score: Candidates must have qualified in GATE 2024.
Educational Qualifications:
- Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Civil: Degree in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 60% marks.
- Electrical: Degree in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 60% marks.
- Mechanical: Degree in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 60% marks.
- System: First Class Degree in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Computer Science/Engineering/I.T. or equivalent with MCA.
- E&T: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Engineering branch with minimum 60% marks.
Qualifying Marks: General, OBC, and EWS categories require minimum 60% marks; SC, ST, and PwD candidates require 55%.
