Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment

Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years of age as of 1st August 2024. This means the candidate should have been born between 2nd August 1994 and 1st August 2004.

Educational Qualification:

- I.T. Officer (Scale-I): A 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation or a Post Graduate Degree in related fields.
- Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): A 4-year Degree in Agriculture or related fields such as Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, etc.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level or Post Graduate Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at the graduation level.
- Law Officer (Scale I): A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and enrollment as an advocate with the Bar Council.
- HR/ Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate with a Two Years Full-Time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work, or Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate with a Two Years Full-Time MMS (Marketing), MBA (Marketing), or PG Diploma in Marketing-related fields.
